Age & Opportunity Centres are a community focal point on successful aging as well as coordinating  services and involvement in the community. Older persons as individuals or in groups come together for services and activities which support their independence, promote physical, mental and social well being and encourage them to lead healthy, active and meaningful lives.

For a mere $15/year, a membership in A&O gives you full access to a variety of leisure programs offered at each of our five locations throughout the city. Each centre offers a unique assortement of activities right through the year-including exercise programs such as yoga, aqua-fit and tai-chi.
