Age & Opportunity Senior Centres are a community focal point on successful aging as well as coordinating centres for senior services and involvement in the community. Older persons as individuals or in groups come together for services and activities which support their independence, promote physical, mental and social well being and encourage them to lead healthy, active and meaningful lives.
